Domestic Trips

The 30% trip deposit is non-refundable after purchase. Cancellations made at least 35 days prior to the start of the trip will not be charged the remaining 70%. Cancellations made within 35 days of the trip are fully non-refundable. As a small company, we are severely impacted by the trip cancellations that happen throughout the season, which is why we must maintain a strict no-exception policy. 

Switching Trip Dates

Trip dates can be switched within the same calendar year up to four months before the trip date. Changes can be make on select trips within the four months prior to the trip can be changed for a change fee of $200. Typically within the four month period, guides are already scheduled, permits are paid, ect, which is why we must charge a fee.

International Trips

The 50% trip deposit is non-refundable after purchase. Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the start of the trip will not be charged the remaining 50%. Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip are fully non-refundable. As a small company, we are severely impacted by the trip cancellations that happen throughout the season, which is why we must maintain a strict no-exception policy.
