Mountain Fitness Coaching

Having adventures in the mountains can be very physically intense. Thinking about slowly building activity in your life beforehand is necessary to prevent injuries and have a good time. Every goal requires different kinds of training, and every person’s body responds differently to that training. By seeking out a mountain fitness coach, you are allowing an expert help create a custom plan that fits into your busy life. Whether you are climbing a mountain with us, or have some other goal in mind, we are here to help.

All Mountain Fitness Coaching is done individually. You will start with an introductory meeting, where you and you coach will discuss your goals and desired outcomes. From there, they will create a plan that is specific to your needs, time frame, and objective.

After you receive your fitness plan, your coach will schedule two follow up virtual meetings with you to check in on your progress and alter the plan as needed. Your coach will also be available through email to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

  • It’s difficult enough going through the process of growing your endurance and strength. By having a coach, you are able to leave the planning to a professional, who can help make this process more efficient, pleasant, and safe.

    Overuse injuries are very common when inappropriately training for a big goal. One of the main goals of creating a program that is customized to you is preventing these avoidable injuries.

    We all come to the table with different life circumstances. All of those factors come into play when thinking about being outside. We want this to be fun, successful, and attainable for you.

    2) Goal setting / assessment meeting (1hr)

    2) Individualized fitness plan and overview meeting

    3) First check-in meeting

    4) Second check in meeting

    5) Communication with your coach throughout the process

  • $250 for entire program

    $50 for individual sessions and additional sessions
