Women+ Intro to Ski Mountaineering

Troll Peninsula, Iceland

International Ski Trip

A once in a lifetime ski trip on the edge of the earth with a group of adventurous women

Take your backcountry skiing to the next level, learn the foundations of ski mountaineering in the beautiful mountains of Iceland.

Join us for an unforgettable women’s ski adventure in the Troll Peninsula, North-Iceland. The Troll peninsula is by far the best backcountry destination of Iceland, with its sea-to-summit terrain, glacially carved valleys and up to 1500 m peaks from sea level, there is something for everyone in Tröllaskagi. Nothing beats a good day of corn skiing with long, flowy runs all the way down to the beach, where daylight is not an issue and the evening sun lengthens each day. After a rewarding day of skiing, we soak in hot water at one of the local hot pots, pools or our cozy fishing village hotel and share meals and drinks at the best local spots. If you‘re looking to expand your horizons, learn the fundamentals of ski mountaineering, and explore Iceland beyond the typical, this trip might be for you.

The lovely hotel we will stay in has a hot soaking tub on the deck looking out to the water
